In this two-part virtual Showcase, artists share their skills and stories learned through their rigorous, one-year study with their respective mentors. The Showcase will include folk and traditional artists from across Texas that span cultures and geographies, highlighting the breadth of folk art that is practiced and produced in Texas
Both parts will stream live on Texas Folklife's Facebook Page at 6 PM CDT on 8/9 and 8/16, respectively. The link for each part will be posted in the event discussion when it is live.
