Howard Rains - Texas native artist and fiddler who's album "The Old Texas Fiddler" reintroduces pre-contest styles of Texas fiddling.
Tricia Spencer - Kansas fiddler and multi instrumentalist who learned old time music from her grandparents. Spencer and Rains released their newest album, "The Old Man and the Old Woman."
Mark Rubin - Texas roots musician (via Oklahoma, Louisiana), one of the most talented and sought after multi instrumentalists in the country.
Dan Margolies - Professor of History by day, old time, Appalachian banjo musician by night. And conjunto music expert.
