A follow-up to our previous roundtable on Texas accordion music, this panel will touch on the state of the Conjunto genre then and now, and the efforts to preserve and promote it in Texas and beyond. Our panelists will discuss efforts undertaken by organizations, individuals, and communities to keep Conjunto sustainable, as well as options for musicians and organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic.
