The Big Squeeze Showcase (Austin) Co-Hosted by Bullock Texas State History Museum

  • By Mariela Freire
  • 1800 Congress Ave. Austin, TX 78701

Join us for a celebration of accordion music excellence at this year’s Big Squeeze Showcase! Presented in partnership with The Bullock Texas State History Museum, we’re excited to feature performances by musical artists La Calma and Los Nahuatlatos!

The best part? It’s completely FREE and open to the public, with the festivities held outdoors and accessible for wheelchairs.

Prepare to be entertained by a talented lineup of performers, including Rodrigo Gonzalez with students Jayden Bucio, Adiel Vazquez, Alyssa Villarreal, and Ruby Acosta; Juan Longoria Jr. with Federico Longoria; Ashley Almanza; Abby Rodriguez; and Levi Burroughs.

Special Performance by: Los Fresnos High School Conjunto Halcón

Featuring Percy Cardona as our engaging showcase host, this event ensures a memorable experience for all attendees.

The Big Squeeze Contest will make its triumphant return in 2025, so be sure not to miss out on this extraordinary showcase!
