We are honored to welcome John Lomax III, distinguished music historian and grandson of legendary folklorist John A. Lomax, for a compelling talk on “The Huge Musical Achievements of the Lomaxes Over Four Generations.” From field recordings to Grammy-winning legacies, the Lomax family’s influence on American music is nothing short of profound.

Following the talk, get ready to dance and celebrate with a lively performance by Grammy Award-winning band Brave Combo, known for their eclectic mix of polka, rock, cumbia, and world music that keeps crowds on their feet.
