Conjunto Apprenticeship Sustainability Project
Texas Conjunto Hall of Fame & Music – San Benito, TX
Sunday, June 29th | 12:00–2:30 PM

Join Texas Folklife and the Texas Conjunto Music Hall of Fame & Museum for a powerful celebration of tradition, mentorship, and the future of Conjunto music!

This roundtable event will feature acclaimed master musicians and their apprentices as they share songs, stories, and insights into sustaining the legacy of Conjunto through intergenerational learning.

Panelists include:
Juan Longoria Jr. • Abby Rodriguez • Max Baca • Peter Avila • Federico Longoria • Zeth Lara

Moderated by:  Dr. Elisha Oliver, Executive Director and Sunny Sauceda, Director of Music Heritage
